Changing the Field of Study “Women Studies” to the “Rights of Women in Islam”, Fariba Davoodi Mohajer
At Iranian universities, “Women’s Studies” has been changed to the “Rights of Women in Islam.” This decision was made by the Council of Specialization and Promotion of Humanities, overseen by the Council of the Cultural Revolution, and was passed by the same council on May 24th 2012.
