Hearing Date to Review Mehr-Chehreh Moshrefi, Member of the Committee of Mothers of the 1,000,000 Signature Petition Campaign and Her Husband, Abas Javadi-Doost, Was Announced

Nasrin Sotodeh, a lawyer representing Mehr-Chehreh Moshrefi and Abas Javadi-Doost, told Change for Equality: “The court session to review the cases of my clients has been scheduled to be held in Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court on January 1. So far, I have not been allowed to visit my clients and I hope to get a chance to visit my clients on the day of the hearing to present my defense. The two are charged with attempts against national security by holding a gathering and sedition.
