The spouse of a seminarian identified as Saeed Razavi claimed she posted a bail bond for her husband’s release; however, prison authorities have refused to release him.
Mojgan Modares said: “On February 10, after a great deal of effort, she managed to post a bail bond for 100,000 USD that had been set by the presiding judge in Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court”.
In spite of posting the bail bond, Mr. Razavi is still being held in the prison and Ms. Modares continued: “Previously, she had presented the court with two other collaterals and each had been rejected by the court”.
Ms. Modares demanded that the Revolutionary Court honor their agreement and release Mr. Razavi.
