Broadcasting Certain Singers and Music Banned from Radio

The broadcasting of certain singers’ music and certain songs from government-owned radio stations has been banned for what is said to be “some reasons”.
 
The censure list contained the names of some musicians whose music is completely banned from the radio, and the list also included selected songs by some of the singers as well.
 
The censure list contained names of artists such as: Shahin Aryen, Feraydoun Aseraei, Alireza Eftakhari, Majid Akhshabi, Alireza Afshar, Mohammad Isfehani, Esmailzadeh, Shahram Amiri, Ehsan Khajeh-Amiri, Masoud Khadem, Hossein Zaman, Kouros Sarhangzadeh, Naser Abdullahi, Alireza Assar, Fataali Ovaisi, Golshan, Ali Lahrasbi, Mohammad Nouri and Kambiz Afzali.
 
This is while, according to a statement made by Qorbani, who heads the Public Relations desk in the music center of Sada Va Sima network, the chairman of the center, Kiomars Tahmasbi, is not discussing the issue, and in the meantime they prefer not to talk to reporters.
