Charge of Moharebeh (Waging War) for an Email on Human Rights Violation

The basis of a Moharebeh (waging war) charge laid against three detained members from the Committee of Human Rights Reporters, identified as Mehrdad Rahimi, Saeed Haeri and Shiva Nazar-Ahari, is the transmission of email containing incidents of human rights violations.
All three members have been charged with Moharebeh, and in recent days they have been under constant pressure to submit to a confession before a television camera.
