Eisa Khan-Hatami Receives a Two-Year Jail Sentencing

Eisa Khan-Hatami, who had been detained and tried on charges of spreading propaganda against the regime and attempts against national security, received a two-year jail sentencing.

On May 10, Mr. Khan-Hatami’s trial was held in Tehran’s branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court, headed by Judge Mohammad Moghayeseh. 

Mr. Khan-Hatami’s legal counselors were Mohammad-Ali Dadkhah and Jahangir Mahmoudi, and in addition to the aforementioned charges, Mr. Khan-Hatami was also charged with membership in Jebheh Melli Iran [Iran National Front].
